Recess or Work Camp?
There were some puddles of water from broken sprinklers
by the slide so the other teacher's aid thought the kids
should fill in the holes with gravel. She had me get
buckets and shovels for them and they went to work.
It worked pretty well for a while.
The kids seemed to enjoy it too.
Best way to keep kids busy is to have them work and think they are playing.
