The kids got to give a gift to their moms today and have
cookies and lemonade with them. It was really fun to
see the kids so excited about the plants they made.
We got some lemon thyme plants from the college and then
we put 3 different buttons on floral wire and stuck them in
with the real flowers and potted them in cute pots.
Each kid had 11 button flowers to add to their plant.
I think they turned out really cute.
We also added vinyl lettering that said,
"I love mom"
Even though the teachers did most of the work, the kids
were sure proud of them when they gave them to their mothers.
What a cute idea. I'll bet the kids were excited to give them to their Moms.
