Dad gave Mom money for flowers last year for Mother's Day and she didn't use it all until yesterday. She bought some flowers and planted them last night. She will need to buy some more to fill her pots, but this was a good start. It always seems like mother's day is a day to get flowers. I guess they make people happy and mom's like people to be happy.
