Spring Cleaning at the Cabin

This is how the cabin looked when I got there yesterday about 11 am.

I spent a lot of time cleaning in the dark room and the middle bedroom.

I moved the twin bed out and put the double bed from the middle room in.

As you can see, it is a tight fit but it should work okay.

I told Mom & Dad that they couldn't make the bed in here 

because I'm afraid they would fall down trying.

Derek & Marcie will have to make their own bed I guess.

I also put the TV and DVD player in here, so this will

double as a movie room for the kids.

There won't be room in the middle room because we will

have a twin bed and a queen bed in there and we will need to

move the round table out also.

I think the kids should have fun watching movies in

here - it will be nice and comfy!

The middle room looks like this right now.

You can see where Mariah's bed is and there is still room

for a queen size bed also.  The queen size bed can fit against the

slanted wall or the flat wall adjoining the gold room.

I guess Wendy & Scott can decide how they want it.

We will also be moving the table out of this room.

This is what the cabin looked like at about 5pm when I left.

A lot of the snow had melted and most of it was off

the roof by the time I left.  I was very tired when I 

got done, but it looks much better now.

I also vacuumed all the flies out of the windows and 

vacuumed the living room before I left. 

Next Saturday Wendy and her family are coming up to 

help us turn on the water.  Lance might be coming up

with the other bed also and helping us.  

Soon it will be ready for sleepovers!
