Full Beaver Moon

The actual full moon occurred today at 20:16 Universal time.

Do you know what Universal time is?
I didn't so I had to look it up.

Basically, it is Greenwich Mean Time.
So, our full moon was at 20:16 - 7 hours or 13:16 or 1:16 PM.
Since the moon wasn't up at that time, I did the best I could.

Why is it named the Full Beaver Moon?

It dates back to Native American tribes giving them names.  November was the time to set beaver traps before the swamps froze, to ensure a supply of warm winter furs.  It could also be due to the fact that the beavers are now preparing for winter.  It is also sometimes called the Frosty Moon.

I hope nothing strange happens in the night.
I have to get to the temple early tomorrow!
