I actually had an easy job today. I was in charge of getting a picture of all 30 kids at the zoo and all the animals. I didn't have to take charge of any individual kids because most of them had parents and the ones without parents there were assigned out to somebody else. I enjoyed walking around by myself and taking pictures. It was a great way to spend a day. Here are some of the best pictures I got.
The peacock was beautiful but it wouldn't turn the right way.
the lions were very calm and they just sat there staring at us
the zebras were busy eating so they could have cared less that we were there
we have a baby camel at the zoo and we were there at feeding time
Do you think Luke and Layne could finish off a bottle that big?
the penguins were happy in the 55 degree weather - they were right at home
(so was I - I didn't have to wear a jacket until we sat down for lunch)
the pelicans were showing off for me so I got their picture too!
I got pictures of the other wild animals (the preschoolers) but I won't post them here.
It was a great day but the kids were tired - one girl fell asleep on my lap on the ride home.
(several other kids fell asleep and some of the moms did too)
It looks like you had fun taking pictures. I'm glad you were able to do that instead of watch out for some kids.
