Dad refuses to take it easy - he cut down some tree branches and dug a hole around one the sprinkler heads. He is really hurting tonight - we think he might have broken a rib - he has a doctor's appointment tomorrow anyway, so I am hoping they will take some x-rays and see what is going on. I hope they will at least tell him to take it easy and let his body heal. I know it wasn't good for him to be out there working in the cold today but I wasn't here to stop him or help him.
Somebody needs to give him another lecture - Mom & I have tried!
Dad won't let me even mention anything else about his hurts. Hopefully I can get him to get an x-ray tomorrow.
