Today it was really cold with the wind chill factor, but not cold enough to get out of school. I am hoping tomorrow will be colder so I can stay home. I have a cold and I don't feel that hot right now. Also, in the mail today, we received a package. Kendra & her family, Derek, and I got a heated mattress pad for Mom for her birthday. It has duel controls on it so Mom and Dad can each control the temperature for their side of the bed. Thanks Kendra for the great idea. We put it on the bed this afternoon and hope they like it.
Even though you can't see it, it is under the blanket and sheets.

Just wanted to let you know, Becky, Kendra and family, and Derek how nice the warm blanket pad is. Last night we tried it for the first time and Dad's feet were actually warm. That is a first in a long time. I had to turn it off after a couple of hours, but it was so nice to climb into a warm bed. Thanks so much. Mom
