Cabin Snow Take 2

When we walked into the cabin this is how much snow was on the roof - about 5 ft on top.

This is what it looked like when we left - the front half is gone!

Lance & Derek worked very hard to clear the snow off and they were exhausted.

After they got it off the top roof they had to shovel it off the lower roof.

At least Lance could pull from the snowpile below.

After Derek fell off the roof the second time we decided it was time to go home.

He wasn't hurt by the fall as you can see.  He said it was fun.

They worked hard and we really appreciate your efforts.

Next week we plan to go up and get the other half off.

We should have the tracks on the 4-wheeler by then so we may have some fun too.

Everyone is invited to come and help.  Derek & Lance both agreed that they needed more people to help them and the work would go much faster.  If you need someone to watch your kids, bring them up and I will play with them.  We can make a snow party out of it.
