O Holy Night

O Holy Night! The stars are brightly shining,

It is the night of the dear Saviour's birth.

Long lay the world in sin and error pining.

Till He appeared and the Spirit felt its worth.

A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices,

For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.

Fall on your knees! Oh, hear the angel voices!

O night divine, the night when Christ was born;

Led by the light of faith serenely beaming,

With glowing hearts by His cradle we stand.

O'er the world a star is sweetly gleaming,

He knows our need, our weakness is no stranger,

I know that "He knows our need, our weakness is no stranger". 

Jesus is our Savior and redeemer.  He does know each of us individually. 

 He gave us the greatest gift of all.

I hope we will each remember to give Him a gift this Christmas season.
